Work Experience
Project Manager for Luxury Villa Construction.
Project Manager for the successful construction of Luxury Villas in Bali Island (2011-2017):
+ Create Company Business Development Strategy
+ Business expansion by ensuring new projects & contracts
+ Review of the Architectural designs and construction drawings: management of technical teams (architects, designers and engineers)
+ Management of Consultants (Geotechnical Studies, Structural Designs, Architectural Designs, MEP Designs)
+ Prepare preliminary project budget and planning, and draft bid documents for tender process, including drawings and specifications, BOQ and Works Schedule
+ Draft, negotiate and execute contracts with Clients, Consultants and Vendors
+ Construction works supervision including preparation of progress reports, quality control reports and defect lists for completion.
+ Source, build and maintain good relationships with clients and external partners including landlords, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors
BUILDING PROJECTS
Responsible for the overall leadership of all phases of Design and Construction processes of Luxury Residential Buildings and Interior Renovation/Fit Out Projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality), including due diligence, permitting, engineering & design documents, estimating, competitive bid process, construction management and close out.
FIT-OUT PROJECTS
Project Manager for Luxury Interior Renovation & Fit-Out.
+ Manage overall project planning and implementation, contract administration, documentation and coordination.
+ Coordination with internal/external consultants, contractors and suppliers
+ Supervise designs and construction drawings, make corrections and submit recommendations to design team.
+ Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities and Time Schedule
+ Arrange tenders for sub contractors and purchase of project components
+ Follow up progress of works, supervise the quality control program and prepare project defect list.
+ Responsible for supervision of Operational Health and Safety on site
+ Monitor and control the project deadlines and budgets to ensure projects are being delivered on time and within the agreed budget
+ Attend site inspections and organize on-site project coordination meetings to monitor construction progress
+ Responsible for keeping communications and organizing meetings with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
SENIOR WIND FARM DESIGN ENGINEER.
Responsible for the new sites identification, wind data analysis, wind turbines layout preparation and energy assessment, planning and design of wind farms in Spain and Australia (2001-2007):
+ Site Identification, Met Mast Installation, Wind Data Analysis, Energy Assessment, WTG Layout, EIA support: Portland Wind Farms (Cape Bridgewater WF, Cape Nelson WF and Cape Sir William Grant WF), Yaloak Wind Farm, Crowlands Wind Farm, Clements Gap Wind Farm, Freemantle Wind Farm, Port Vincent Wind Farm, Cambrai Wind Farm, Keyneton Wind Farm, Gladstone Wind Farm, Tenterfield Wind Farm, Robbins Island (TAS)
+ Micrositing and Follow up of Wind Farm Construction Activities: Yambuk Wind Farm (30MW), Challicum Hills (52.5MW), Clements Gap (67.5MW) and Portland Wind Farms (+180MW)
+ Participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment of Wind Farms: Calculation of noise emissions, shadow flicker effect and interference of wind farms with microwave links, creation of realistic photomontages.
+ Power Curve Verification and assessment of the energy performance of operating wind farms.
+ Follow up of construction activities of the Wind Farms: Liaison with electrical engineers, grid engineers, construction managers, environmental managers, land owners, wind turbines suppliers, external consultants and subcontractors.

Project Manager and Consultant in the fields of construction management, renewable energy, energy access, energy efficiency, climate change and sustainable development (2017-2023).
+ Project management of clean energy and sustainability consultancy projects for IFIs (ex. UNDP, WB, ADB, ICRC...)
